KNOWN AS THE CILLA DE LOS ALEMANES, IT BELONGED TO THE MONASTERY FROM THE 16TH CENTURY UNTIL THE DISENTAILMENT OF MENDIZABAL. THE OLD GRANARY, THE WINERY, THE GUARDS´ HOUSE AND THE STABLE HAS NOW BEEN RESTORED, PRESERVING THEIR ORIGINAL ESSENCE.
